Our services include brushing, washing, drying, hygienic haircut, stripping / haircut / super-shedding. Each procedure will be customised to your dog’s needs; size, breed, grooming history, stage and coat condition, medical conditions, age and behaviour.

Puppy Grooming Training (Up to 6 months) 🐶

  • Gentle cleansing with premium shampoos tailored to your puppy's coat.
  • Desensitization to grooming tools, including the hair dryer.
  • Nail care: trimming and polishing for optimal health.
  • Ear and eye cleaning for hygiene and comfort.
  • Sanitary trim and proper grooming table etiquette.

*We recommend starting your puppy's grooming journey between 3 and 4 months old to build positive associations. To schedule an appointment, please provide your puppy's date of birth (proof of age may be required).

Hygiene Care

  • Bathing with selection of professional cosmetics according to the type of fur and features of the pet
  • Drying
  • Cleaning of eyes and ears
  • Nail Clipping (cutting, polishing and moisturising)
  • Hygiene haircut (intimate areas and paw pads)

Each spa session is tailored to your pet's unique needs.

Indulge your pet with our personalized spa treatments. In addition to regular grooming, our expert groomers offer specialized services like ozone baths for deep cleansing and skin rejuvenation, soothing hydromassages to relieve pain, and detoxifying treatments for dogs with Alopecia X to promote hair regrowth.

*Our Spa Complex treatment adds an hour of pure pampering to any grooming appointment.

  • Appointments are required for all grooming services and can be booked by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Notice of 24 hours is required for any changes or cancellations to your appointment to avoid a 50% non-refundable deposit for your next appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet exhibiting signs of illness or aggression that may pose a risk to our staff, other pets, or our clients.
  • Prices are estimates and may vary based on coat condition, behaviour, and service length.
