Yes, we do have a refund policy!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s), you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that the items are unused, not personalised, and in their original condition and packaging.

No, Paws Up will not charge you any additional fees for your return.

However, it should be noted that Paws Up is not responsible for any costs associated with shipping for the return or exchange of the product(s).

If, after 15 business days, you have not received any further information, please contact us again.
