Today, Paws Up is turning One and we want to share our story, from the initial idea to the realisation of a small dream into a big project. Also, the whole Paws Up team wants to say a big thank you to every single one of our customers for trusting us and showing your support. 

Our little story.

Paws Up was created on the firm belief that pets are family, and as any family member, they deserve the best care. What began as a young woman’s hunt for the best care products for her little furry fellow resulted in a brand dedicated to enhancing the lives of pets and those who love them. 

Our journey began as a sweet birthday surprise – a tiny ball of fur that would forever change a young woman’s life. That day, she found her soulmate and lifelong companion, a snow-white Pomeranian named Bueno. From the moment she held him, their bond became unbreakable; Bueno became her family, her confidant and her greatest source of comfort. Together, they are unstoppable. 

But life had a new chapter in store to test their bond. Faced with a life-altering decision, the young woman and Bueno embarked on a scary journey to a different country. It was a leap into the unknown, where joy and triumph would be in a constant battle with fear and isolation. Through it all, Bueno remained her anchor, her only constant in the chaos of starting anew, his companionship – a daily reminder of love and resilience. 

It was during one of those gloomy days filled with dread – just her and Bueno against the world – that she had her biggest realisation. Cities may change, seasons may shift, and people may come and go, but the love of her furry companion was unwavering, and she knew she had to find a way to show how grateful she was, to give him the love and patience he always showed. Her mission became clear: make Bueno the happiest little floof in the world. And that is how Paws Up was born – a promise to all pets and parents that every nose will be booped and every paw will be cherished.

Some years have passed since that adventure, and Paws Up is as dedicated to showing our love and gratitude to all our furry friends, who know nothing but pure loyalty and kindness. Our goals are very clear: to provide pets with our products and services that embody trust, safety and happiness. Every treat, every toy and service is designed with the most profound understanding of an unbreakable bond between a human and a pet.

Paws Up is the embodiment of passion. It is the little tail wag when a dog sees their favourite treat, the purrs of comfort when the cat snuggles into a safe space, and the smile on the parent’s face from giving their loved one something special. That is Paws Up.
